Information collected

We process contact details (name, email, phone), technical and usage data from the website, support correspondence (email/phone/TeamViewer), operational and log data for delivered solutions and accounting data.

Recipients and transfers

We use trusted processors for operations, hosting, analytics, remote support, email and accounting. They act only on instructions through data processing agreements. For transfers outside the EU/EEA we use valid transfer mechanisms (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework or adequacy decision) and supplementary measures as needed.

Retention of information

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and is then deleted or anonymized. Accounting and voucher data is stored for five years from the end of the fiscal year in accordance with Danish law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness before withdrawal.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, dt@datatilsynet.dk, +45 33 19 32 00).

Providing information is voluntary, but in a customer relationship certain information may be required to enter into or fulfill an agreement.
